Cooking Matters™ (formerly “Operation Frontline”) is a hands on, cooking based nutritional education program for people on a limited budget. It is a platform of Share Our Strength and nationally sponsored by ConAgra Foods Foundation.
The primary goal is to eliminate childhood hunger in America by the year 2015.

Each series of classes runs two hours per week for six weeks. Times and locations for each series is based on participants. Once a class series is scheduled, all classes will be held at that location*
Each class in the series will be constant.
Cooking Matters is the educational outreach arm of The Queens Galley which has specific curriculum catering to Kids, Teens, Young Parents, Families, and Adults (including Seniors.)
